Tactical Combat Shotgun

This one-day course is designed to teach students advanced techniques for fighting with a shotgun including engagements under time constraints and physically demanding scenarios. Although similar to carbine, shotgun specific manipulation and reloading techniques will be taught, as well as Combat Mindset, Marksmanship, and Weapons Manipulation.

  • Weapons safety, manipulation, carry and maintenance

  • Marksmanship skills from static, prone, kneeling and standing positions

  • Marksmanship while shooting on the move

  • Utilization of barricades and cover

  • Multiple target engagement

  • Weak hand transition and reload

  • Engagement drills with reload

Students must have a valid government issued I.D. and be at least 21 years old, unless 18 and above with parent/guardian.

  • Shotgun with sling

  • 200 rounds of ammunition

  • Eye and ear protection – Electronic ear protection are recommended

  • Ammunition or dump pouch

  • Knee and elbow pads – (optional)

  • Body armor (optional)
