Lead Medical Instructor / Coordinator

Laci Pierce is a highly qualified medical professional, Peace Officer, and military combat veteran. Fourteen years ago, she began her medical career as an EMT and now holds a Paramedic Certificate. Nine years ago, Laci answered the Nation’s call and enlisted in the Texas Army National Guard as a Combat Air Medic. Six years ago, Laci graduated the Police Academy and now holds a Texas Peace Officer’s License. In 2012 she deployed to Iraq in support of combat operations. Today Laci is an active Paramedic with Harris County, an active Combat Air Medic with the Army National Guard and a commissioned Peace Officer with Liberty County.

Laci is a Subject Matter Expert in Tactical Combat Casualty Care, First Aid, Advanced Trauma and related field medicine. She also specializes in training for female officer street survival and defensive tactics.
