Philip Bohannon is a retired US Air Marshal and a highly experience law enforcement officer, having worked for local law enforcement prior to transitioning to the Federal level. Philip began his career as a Texas Peace Officer working patrol and later transitioning to investigations. Seeking further opportunities, he joined U.S. Border Patrol where he worked enforcement and investigations. After 911, Philip was recruited by the Federal Air Marshal Service where he held multiple billets including assignment to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, Field Officer Supervisor, and acting Special Agent in Charge for the Washington, DC Directorate.

A distinguished Pistol Expert, he has been recognized as a top-level marksman with a pistol and served as the lead firearms instructor/coordinator. Phillip is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in firearms, defensive tactics, surveillance, counter surveillance, tracking, and close protection procedures.

Philip holds a TCOLE Master Peace Officer License and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Philip is also a private and commercial pilot.
